Thank you for purchasing a ticket to 2019 Illawarra Folk Festival.

Festival Concert hours: Thurs 4pm - Midnight, Fri 8am - Midnight, Sat 8am - Midnight, Sun 8am - 10pm

1. The "Illawarra Bandits" will be stationed at the Entry Gate, to scan and wristband you whilst you remain in your vehicle. Please help us to help you by having your paper tickets ready or your tickets downloaded to your smartphone (barcode or QR code visible please, not receipt number.) The Bandits will operate in peak times to get you in with the minumum of fuss. Traffice Volunteers will direct you to the fast lane when it is in operation.

2. If you need to purchase extra tickets or resolve other issues, you will be directed to park in the 10 mins area.

3. Parking is available onsite and you will be directed where to park by the Traffic Team.

4. Camping - you must vacate before 10am Mon 21st Jan 2019

5. Youth Policy -All minors under 18yrs must be accompanied by a "responsible adult" (see definition) at the entry gate. Youth patrons and their responsible adult/s are required to camp together. A 'responsible adult' means a person over 25years of age & either a parent, step-parent, spouse, de facto partner, legal guardian or any other person in loco parentis to the minor.

6. No refunds are available after 10th January 2019.

7. Please note that Evening tickets CAN NOT be exchanged for an entry wristband before 6pm.
