    FAQ:

How will we know if we have broken the record?

A representative from GUNNESS WORLD RECORDS™ will be on-site to make sure we follow all the rules. They will announce it on the day if we are successful.

    Can kids participate?

Absolutely! They just need to be able to stand in place with their hood on for 5 minutes

I'm attending with my friends and family, can we stand together?

Yes, you can! Let the check-in team know when you register and we will make sure you are all in the same colour.

    How long will it take?

We stand in place for just 5 minutes. It will take around 15 minutes to get
everyone in their spot. The rest of the day is a celebration!

Can I come at the last minute?

The first 1000 people who check in on the day will get places in the house. If you arrive late, please cheer us on!

Can I get a photo with the official GUINNESS WORLD RECORD™ plaque?
Yes! You can get a professional photo which will be emailed to you after the event. We will also send you a video of the day. All free!

    What does it cost?

    It's FREE to participate!

If it is free, how can I support Youth Off The Streets?

The biggest contribution you can make is participating. This house is a visual symbol of the scale of homelessness in Australia.

Will there be water, food and drinks available?

Food and drinks will be available for purchase with local vendors.

    How can I get there?

Come via public transportation (Lewisham West light rail or Summer Hill heavy rail). Parking is limited.
