2019 MINDFUL FUTURES NETWORK CONFERENCE
MELBOURNE, NOVEMBER 14-15 2019
The Mindful Futures Network was established to explore leading research and innovation in the application of mindfulness, empathy and compassion.
Its 2019 national conference is open to all those interested in this emerging field and will be held from 4.00pm to 7.30pm on Thursday 14 November and from 9.00am till 4.00pm on Friday 15 November.
This year’s conference will feature a practice workshop, networking opportunities, and leading speakers on the evidence base and application of mindfulness, empathy and compassion.
World class presenters will speak on new developments including Professor Felicia Huppert on mindfulness, Dr Pascal Molenberghs on empathy, and Mark Crosweller on compassion; and on new applications including Murray Patterson on compassionate leadership, David Rumbens on workplace skills of the future, Dr Addie Wootten on mindfulness in schools, and Dr Bronwyn Greshamon on Compassionate Nature.
