Event description

Tarn Taran Singh, a personal student of Yogi Bhajan will be our guide. Sharing his 45 years of knowledge and experience in the practice of these teachings along with humor, music and stories of the Master.

“What kind of life do you want to live?  How can you develop it? What approach and formula can we use so we can grow and not suffer? Make meditation the art of life. Make meditation the science of life. Because only with that and with that only, can you develop intuition.” Yogi Bhajan

Upset? Boredom? Irritation? Frustration? Now we are getting somewhere! We don’t often associate “negative” sensations and feelings like irritation and frustration with Meditation; yet these are very real stages that we must pass through and learn to conquer in order to achieve Focus (Dhyan) and Absorption (Pratyahar) and ultimately fulfill the First Journey in the 21 STAGES OF MEDITATION.

Yogi Bhajan’s 21 Stages of Meditation gives you tools and experience to deepen your meditation practice and come to a profound understanding of your Self. Join us for three days of deep meditation and personal reflection on the first seven stages of this Journey which lead us to the experience of Crystalized Self.

18th to the 20th September, 2020 in the Shire of Byron Bay
