For the second instalment of A1 and Friends on July 24th, we are bringing Victor Liong and his much loved Melbourne eatery 'Lawyers, Guns & Money' out of retirement to A1 Canteen for one night only.
That’s right, we’re serving Chinese breakfast for dinner. Because, delicious.
We'll be serving a set menu for $55 which includes the following:
Pickled vegetables and peanuts
Masterstock braised pig's ears
Salt and pepper school prawns
Fish fragrant eggplant
Chicken and ginger congee with condiments
- spring onion relish
- century egg and pickled ginger
- Chinese donuts and wonton skins
- Soft eggs
- Fried shallots and crispy garlic
Chicken wings, caramelised red vinegar
Cumin chilli lamb noodles, peppers and potato
Garlic cucumbers
Hong Kong style french toast, peanut butter, dulce de leche and maple syrup
There will also be an array of delicious drinks available for purchase, put together by Victor and the A1 team to keep you hydrated.
