Event description

The Advancing Practice Pilot - Supervision Training will provide opportunities for supervisors to critically reflect on what, why and how we support practitioners in their MBCP co-facilitation.

This interactive training invites supervisors to critically reflect and practice how we invite practitioners to explore client engagement, collusion, safety, co-facilitation and transformative change within systems of oppression that we all exist in.

This training is suitable for: Supervisors of Men’s Behaviour Change program facilitators.

No to Violence has been working with men who use family violence for 25 years. This two-day training for client-facing staff in a variety of community service roles, introduces the key principles and strategies for working safely with men who use family violence. It provides a detailed understanding of the drivers and dynamics of men’s family violence and builds practitioner skills in responding to the challenges and opportunities for working with men towards behaviour change with every interaction.

This training is free of charge.

Location: CBA 357 Collins St, Level 6
