Against Our Oath is a documentary film that explores the ethical dilemmas faced by health professionals whose clinical decisions for people seeking asylum are overridden by the Australian government. From Nuremberg to Nauru to Parliament House, the film provides an understanding of modern medical ethics and demonstrates what happens when health professionals are faced with situations that challenge their ethical obligations.

This screening will raise funds for the Combined Refugee Action Group Legal Fund. The fund enables people seeking asylum in Geelong to access specialist refugee legal support for applications and judicial reviews.
