Experience the magic of the region's infamous fresh water delicacy in this four course dinner by Silas Masih, one of WA’s best regional chefs and head chef of Pepper & Salt and visiting guest chef Paul West, formerly of the River Cottage Australia tv series.
Join them on a journey exploring the many ways that marron can be enjoyed matched with wines from the region.
This previously sell out event will again be MC'd by Anna Gare, a local favourite as you overlook the rolling hills and sweeping vineyards of Denmark and hear from a local musician playing ambient music.
Ticket includes 4 course dinner starring Marron by Silas Masih and Paul West matched with local wine, local artist and MC'd by Anna Gare.
