Event description
School-to-industry pathways for music makers. The numbers of boys and girls enrolled in music at high school and tertiary education are pretty equal. But once they hit the industry, our young female creatives encounter more career-denting barriers than their male peers. What is the industry doing - and what more can it do - to create clearer, fairer pathways for young women?
