Leaders in our current world are increasingly faced with complexity, unpredictability, compounded by values misaligned with their environments and sometimes, within themselves.
People leaders want to feel inspired and passionate about what they do and know how they can contribute to the greater good through all areas of their lives.

Gina Yallamas – The Urban Shaman: Wellness, Awareness and Purpose
Gina specialises in radical body-mind connection and she’s known for taking clients beyond their expectations to results that surprise and empower. She has helped many people throughout her career as a holistic wellness practitioner to transform their lives in unique ways.
She’s worked with senior management and senior leadership in banks and technology companies such as HSBC, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Eftpos alongside small business owners and young people making a difference in the world.
As a mother of 3 daughters, she understands the stages of life that provide opportunities for deep enquiry. These ‘rites of passage’ can be extremely challenging and help us transform our lives in unknown ways. Maintaining the fun and adventure through a grounded and balanced perspective provides the foundation for a great life.
As the Urban Shaman and co-founder of The Regeneration Collaboration, she specialises in Transformational Life Coaching and Energy Medicine and is all about accessing heart intelligence (HQ)TM to recalibrate imbalances and optimise our energy to support self-healing on all levels of body, mind and spirit.
She believes through her own experience that our inner technology is vast and is literally waiting to be harnessed. Her naturally empowering, compassionate and kind approach to this work allows her to re-establish balance effectively and easily through action based learning and embodiment.

My favourite activities as a child were swimming, playing outside in the bush and being “glued to a book”. I have always loved to explore new things about the world and been fascinated by the way complex things work. I grew to love explaining and sharing insights with people about both ourselves and the world around us, finding a shared language, through metaphors and my imagination.
As a strategy and change consultant, CEO, Board member, facilitator, tutor, researcher and coach, who has worked in 8 countries, this gift has helped me to specialise in identifying solutions for leading people through change, across many sectors and types of business.
My passion is the beauty of nature, while my mission is to help people to transform their relationship with the earth, to live according to the principles of living systems: regeneration, interconnectedness and purpose.
