Event description
The Northern Beaches community is coming together in solidarity to show its support and to raise funds for those affected around the state by the devastating bushfires and ongoing drought.
On Saturday 15 February, Northern Beaches Council will host Rock Relief at Brookvale Oval headlined by the Hoodoo Gurus. Some of the best in Australian rock and music will perform to an expected crowd of 20,000.
The concert is available for all ages to attend and is family-friendly. Attendees under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The show be complemented with a market stall area as well as food, beverage and family activities.
All profits will go to the Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery fund. The Rural Fire Service will be present on the day collecting donations through a major raffle, merchandise and family activities.
The event will run from 2pm-9pm. Door opens from 12:30pm.
