Brookie’s Bees & Cheese Workshop - a beekeeping workshop, paired with local cheese and honey inspired Brookie's cocktails 

Join us in celebrating some of the hardest working locals here at Cape Byron Distillery, our honey bees. 

Cedar Anderson, founder and creator of Flow Hives will join us from 2:00pm  on Sunday, March 1st to share his knowledge and passion of bee keeping with ease. Learn how to ditch all the equipment and harvest your honey with the turn of a tap and far less squashed bees! 

Take a tour down to our botanical garden to see the newly established Flow Hive where you will learn:

  • What to plant for happy bees
  • How to care for your honey bees
  • The best way to establish your own Flow Hive at home
  • How to harvest honey, Flow style
  • How to create cocktails using Brookie's spirits and honey

To curb your hunger, drinks will be paired with offerings from local cheese artisans, Paul and Kerry from Byron Bay Cheese Co. 

Tickets are limited, so get in early to see what all the buzz is about.
