Claire is CEO of One Green Bean and is coming up for 20 years in the PR industry, working in UK and Australia. During this time, she has experienced many incredible highs and an equal amount of horrible lows, which have given her the perspective to deal with the volatility and uncertainty of the realities of work in this day and age. She is also a certified Executive Coach and part time Psychology Masters student which means she uses an evidence base to understand human behavior and organizational culture, which enables her to be a better leader. She is also Mum to two year old Ruby who is equally totally awesome and completely exhausting.
Yvette's a veteran of the advertising industry, with 30 years of experience in media agency roles. Most recently MD of OMD Sydney, prior to that she worked for the Publicis group for over 20 years, including stints in New York and London and positions such as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer.
Personally, Yvette has experienced significant health challenges. Specifically anxiety, depression, burnout and breast cancer. Her passion for holistic wellbeing over time leading her to launch a business supporting businesses and individuals seeking transformation. Yvette Mayer Wellbeing offers Corporate consulting, Corporate Coaching and Private Coaching. She spans health, purpose and contribution with private clients.
After her own challenges in the mental health area, supporting corporates is naturally a focus of YMW. Yvette shares openly and honestly her own experiences and learnings, and provides training that creates business wide behavioural change. She believes improvement requires ownership and empowerment from leaders and managers to be truly effective.
Yvette is a member of the Mentally Healthy Change Group and excited to be a part of broader industry change.

Katie is passionate about emotional health and fostering wellbeing, she works from the new sciences of the heart, brain and biology to help her clients to come into closer connection with their mind and body.
She has had a multicultural life and called many places home but for the past nine years that has been here in Australia. She is a mother of two beautiful children and also an employee of UnLtd. where she has had the opportunity to bring together her past career in media and her drive to help individuals realise their fullest potential.
With her career as a Solid Gold dancer over before it even began, Sarah (Monty) got into the world of advertising. 23 years later and it's still all about the words, the pictures, the gold nugget of a human insight, where you're connecting with your audience and most of all, the emotion. Emotion is a suit she wears and taps into daily. After honing her craft in agencies across New Zealand and Australia, Monty proudly heads up creative at Australia's leading out of home company - oOh! Media.
On a personal level, she cries over spilt almond milk, would happily swap a lung for a block of Whittaker's Jelly Tip and has quite the penchant for squeezing herself into comically small spaces. Last year however, saw Monty tackle her most complex small space yet, her personal Everest, her own head. This is one woman's journey on the mental health rollercoaster of which shame had not only kept her silent for YEARS, but had also seen her run the gamut of self medicating options. A passionate advocate for bringing about change in terms of the way mental health is perceived, understood and approached - Monty shares her tips and tricks on sticking it to shame, why medication and therapy deserve their own infomercial channel and how to become best mates with your own small space.
