Event description

Blast Camp 2019 is almost here! It will be a fun weekend hanging out together, eating and playing games, getting to know each other better—and learning great things about God! This year we're going to be looking at the book of Psalms, and what it teaches us about praying to God. Children in years 3-6 are invited to attend the whole camp, while years 1-2 are invited to join us for 'Super Saturday'.

What: Join us as we look at the book of Psalms, and what it teaches us about praying to God. There will be singing, games, small groups and movies. We will also be making use of the playground, jumping pillow, basketball court, walking to the beach and for overnight campers participating in night activities.

Celebration Sunday: Full time campers will be returning on Sunday 13th October in time for the Trinity Church Aldgate 11am morning service. Parents and families are invited to join us for church as we wrap up camp. After church there will be a free sausage sizzle and children’s activities.

Cost: Early Bird - Full time Camper - $100, Super Saturday Camper - $35 (Friday 20nd September).

Late - Full time Camper - $100, Super Saturday Camper - $35 (Friday 4th October).

Cost includes all accommodation, food, activities, transport and a camp t-shirt. We do not want the cost to prevent children from attending, therefore family and personal discounts are available. Please speak to Mark.

Bring: Clothes, toiletries, pyjamas, shoes, thongs, pillow, sheet, sleeping bag, Bible (if you have one) and pen.

Other: Blast Camp and Super Saturday are a ministry of Trinity Church Aldgate and is under the direction of Mark Curran who is the Associate Pastor. The camp is staffed by Blast leaders and church parents all whom conform to child protection protocols. The ratio of leaders is approximately 4:1.
