Seafood Bar set on ice with chef’s serving a range of freshly shucked oysters, freshly sliced sashimi, made to order crab on brioche rolls, and more.
Spanish Tapas Grazer with freshly sliced traditional jamón, and a mouthwatering selection of tapas platters, including potato & chorizo croquettes, marinated octopus with paprika aioli, corn and cheese empanadas, roasted red peppers with sausage and more.
Wood-fired Offering, serving vegetarian and vegan dishes from our wood-fired ovens, including wood-fired cauliflower with hummus, chickpea fritters and more.
Barbecue Carvery, serving up whole fire roasted free-range chickens, succulent beef sirloins, pasture fed lamb shoulders and more, served with a selection of salads, frites, and saucy accompaniments.
