North West Sydney Multiple Birth Association with thanks to a community grant from Parramatta City Council are hosting an information evening for couples expecting multiples.

Mothercraft nurse, Lactation consultant and specialist in multiples, Chris Minogue will be presenting the evening.

The 3 hour session will cover topics including (but not limited to):

ways of feeding more than one - Tandem positioning and pillows
latching
tips for building milk supply
nutrition for breastfeeding mum's
pumping/expressing
logistics of getting out and about
value of breast feeding
logistics of prematurity- NICU/SCU admission and breastfeeding

Refreshments provided.
