Dissolve fear, stress and anxiety through the simple, gentle power of breath.

The first Breathwork for Anxiety workshop was held in September. It was a beautiful evening. The room was full, the energy was warm and nourishing.
I was deeply moved by what participants shared, their heartfelt reflections and powerful experiences. So, we're gathering again. For those who weren't able to make it last time, and those who want to go deeper.


Connect with your body and breath. In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn tools to move through stress and fear - to take charge of your life. 


1 in 4 people will experience anxiety.
Whether it’s stress, tension, social phobia, performance anxiety, or a general sense of uneasiness. We have all been afraid, scared or worried. We all know that familiar sinking, contracting feeling.

Stress is a natural part of life
. Our nervous system fires up, ready to take on whatever challenges arise. If we need to run from the lion, our body pumps adrenaline, activates, so we can run fast and escape. However, when stress moves through our mind and body chronically, it stops being useful, it makes us tired, increases inflammation and illness, and reduces our ability to interact fully with life.

Breathwork has an incredible ability to dissolve fear and stress.
When we focus on our breath, tension and anxiety melt away.
We arrive to the present moment, what is real, here, now.


Our mind has a habit of getting stuck
in thoughts of the past or the future. We start to create unrealistic scenarios, over analyse, and imagine catastrophes. Our mind starts to run, our heart beats fast, our breath becomes shallow.
Our mind isn’t our enemy
, it’s just trying to keep us safe. But the thing is, usually we aren’t in danger. The outside world is not a hostile environment.

We can get lost in stories, fear, and forget reality: what is likely to happen, and what is actually happening, here and now.

This is when we can tune into our breath, watch it rise and fall.
Return to centre, to the truth of the moment. We’re all just living, doing our best, desiring to experience love, fulfilment and connection along the way.

There’s no need to feel guilty about our fears or anxiety.
They’re just emotions, energy in motion. Learning to harness that energy, and redirect it towards excitement, or passion, or pleasure, is incredibly powerful.


The magic of breathwork is its ability to bring us radically inward.


This isn’t just a relaxing evening of soft music and breathwork,
it’s so much more.


You take these tools with you, into your life. These techniques become a part of your toolkit, and you can draw on them whenever you need to. 



The tools I teach you here will be relevant for the rest of your life.

Never again do you need to feel powerless, lost or thrown about by the waves of the mind, the trembling sensations of the body. You can be the master of your own state of being.

When you learn the tools to take control of your inner environment, you no longer need to feel fearful, anxious or contracted.


Through your breath, you have the power to feel expansive, connected, joyful, present and alive.
