We will begin with the Acknowledgement of Country.
We will share in Seeds of friendship as we form sacred circle and share the importance of what it means and feels like to be part of a “tribe "in this modern age of disconnection…

Part 1: Sowing the Seeds of Friendship
What to bring 1 small crystals that represent friendship to you.
(This will be a give away)
We will be asking you to participate in the discussion and know that you will feel safe and supported to share and learn from each other.
Part 2; Creative Fun Tie Dye with Katrina
We learn how dyes and colors work
Show you how to create different designs
Demonstrate different methods
Guide you through the process
What you do
Choose your own unique design
Choose your colors.
What to bring
100% Cotton T-shirt or fabric or some socks
There will be guided meditations and plenty of time for socializing.
Please bring a cushion & a plate to share.
Dress for total comfort :)
Members: $40 for full Day attendance
Non-Members: $50 for full Day attendance
Friends $25.00 Full Day attendance
