Kids Chocolate Egg Workshop | The Grounds Easter School Holidays

Get ready for the Easter weekend by creating your own chocolate Easter eggs! Our chocolate Easter egg workshop is great for kids who like getting creative in the kitchen.

The class will allow the kids to make their own chocolate egg moulds, fill them up with their chosen filling and decorate them however they choose. While we wait for them to dry, the kids will be making their own Easter egg baskets for them to take home! Of course, we welcome you to join us for a coffee or meal before or after the workshop too. In this class the kids will learn:

• How to make a chocolate egg mould
• How to decorate eggs
• How to make an Easter egg basket

The kids will take home:

• A yummy chocolate egg
• Their own Easter egg basket

Please note:

• Thursday classes start at 10:00am, 12:00am, 2:00pm - please specify your time when purchasing tickets.
• Sunday classes start at 10:00am, 11:30am and 1:00pm - please specify your time when purchasing tickets.
• Classes run for approximately 1 hour.
• Suitable for children between 4 to 12 years old - parents are welcome to stay with their children and help them if they’re young or sip a coffee while watching. You are the best judge to decide if this activity is appropriate for your child.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class and check in with our team in the Atrium. Be aware that the traffic and available car park in the area can be challenging, click here for more information.
• Thursday classes will be held in The Atrium, next to our florist.
• Sunday classes will be held in the Markets, behind the Potting Shed.
• This is not a drop off service. All parents are required to stay within The Grounds of Alexandria at all times while their child is in the class.
• Please note dairy products and refined sugars are used for this workshop.
