Chrysalis: a transitional state.

A 2-hour workshop with the support of a Restorative Yoga practise with Rachel, and a Crystal Bowl Sound Healing with Belinda.

If you suffer from back pain, this event is not to be missed! We will explore hydrating, releasing, lengthening & balancing body’s deep stabilising muscles, to encourage a more balanced & fluid centre. Finding grace within our centre allows us to move more fluidly in life. The gentle movement, combined with sound allows us to unlock unconscious patterning, both physical & mental.

From a state of presence, you are able to let go of the old and bring in the new. The combination of yoga poses and sound frequencies allow your body to be in a deeply relaxed state, bringing awareness to stagnation within your body and mind. From this space, your nervous system can relax and rejuvenate, providing deep healing at a cellular level.

Suitable for beginners and experienced. All are welcome.

WHAT SHALL I BRING?

Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, water, a blanket, a towel and anything else that may help you to feel more comfortable during the session.

There are mats, bolsters, straps and blocks at the studio, but you are welcome to bring along your own.

LOCATION:

City Gym yoga room, 107 Crown St, Darlinghurst.

City Gym is almost on the corner of William St, Darlinghurst. There is paid street parking outside the venue, Kings Cross train station is about a 10 minute walk away, and Town Hall is about a 15 minute walk away.

ABOUT RACHEL:

Rachel Falconer has been teaching yoga & movement for over 16 years, & sets her students on a path of growth & expansion, whilst maintaining the ability to stay connected to their physical centre & spiritual hearts. Rachel has taught over 90,000 students in Sydney, Melbourne, LA, Rome & Jakarta.

She aims to breathe more health, joy, love, compassion & awareness into the world

ABOUT BELINDA:

Belinda Gatt is a Sound Healer and Intuitive Interior Designer with a focus on creating spaces that support wellbeing and balance. Belinda helps her clients reconnect with their body and purpose. Unwind and realise their true potential. She has studied practices used for thousands of years, travelling to Peru, Morocco, and Japan.

Belinda currently facilitates sound healing journeys and cacao ceremonies in Sydney and South Coast, NSW.
