Travel instructions

Our venue – the Silver Jubilee Pavilion in the Showgrounds Exhibition Centre is located in the Claremont Showgrounds easily accessible by rail, car and bus. By Car Drive through Gate 5 off 1 Graylands Road or Gate 8 off Ashton Avenue and park close to the Silver Jubilee Pavilion for only $5 per day By Train - The Train services on the Perth to Fremantle Line stop at the Showground Station or you can stop at the Claremont Station which is a short walk to the Showgrounds. The nearest train stations are Showgrounds and Claremont By Bus numbers 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 98/99 (circle route), 102, 103 and 107 all stop close by. Groups of up to seven people (two adults and five children or two adults and five concession fares) can travel to and from the Showground on a FamilyRider ticket which allows unlimited system-wide travel on weekends, public holidays and after 9am on weekdays during school holidays. Seniors Travel Free on Trains and Buses on the weekend and between 9am and 3pm on Weekdays.

Entry instructions

Enter the Expo at the front entrance just off Gate 5 to the Silver Jubilee Pavilion and have your ticket ready for checking in. Collect your Program Guide and fill out your Name Tag .

After entry instructions

Take your time to walk around the Expo which is on the ground floor and accessible by wheel chair. There is a map at the entry showing all the exhibitor booths and numbers . The Psychic Reading Room is located at the bottom left corner . The Natural Therapies Zone is in the first section as you walk down the aisles and around the corner you will find the Market Place and on the far wall in the middle is the Main Stage. Further down the pavilion you will find Nature's Kitchen with a variety of food vendors and food sampling. Upstairs you will find the Talks Theatre and the Sound Temple . Below the stairs is the Kid's Corner with creative art and activities. Down the ramp at the southern end of the Pavilion you will find the Conversation & Networking Lounge where you can meet and connect with other visitors and community action groups.

Hazards

The Keynote Seminars and Workshops are up 2 short flights of stairs and there is no lift in the building so please ask at the front ticket counter if you require assistance.

Toilet location

Toilets are located down by Nature's Kitchen Food Court and also upstairs on the landing between the Talks Theatre and the Sound Temple.

Accessible parking

The parking is very close to the Pavilion . Drive in through Gate 5 off Graylands Road and Turn left . Park and it is a short walk about 50 -100 metres to the Pavilion
