Jotunheim is the realm of the giants, a primordial place of chaos, magic, and untamed wilderness. A perfect setting and description of Norway’s LERVIG Brewing, Denmark’s Mikkeller HQ, and Sweden’s
Omnipollo. We’re kicking off our Scandinavian Pint of Origin with some of the big hitters (and weirder) of the Scando brewing scene. We have managed to get our hands on some pretty rare and amazing kegs. These beers will take you straight to Jotunheim!

OMNIPOLLO Cleo Lobster Roll IPA: This double dry-hopped lobster roll IPA was first brewed in Gothenburg to premiere our bar, Omnipollos Gothenburg and its seafood leaning menu. It is an exploration of texture, decidedly nautical. Drink fresh
OMNIPOLLO Original Ice Cream: Brewed with heaps of malted oats and conditioned on one vanilla bean in two liters of beer the sensation of vanilla ice cream is unmistakable. Never stop dreaming. Collaboration with Buxton Brewery.
MIKKELLER Nelson Sauvin Mango & Passionfruit: Belgian Wild Ale brewed with Mango & Passionfruit, aged in Chardonnay barrels
MIKKELLER Scour Scandinavia Spontan Seabuckhorn: Seabuckthorn are generously added during the brewing process, creating a truly unique and distinct, sour beer
LERVIG Freakshow Aussie Milkshake IPA: This milkshake IPA was inspired by Australia's "Freakshakes" that throw every treat imaginable into a mashup of drink and dessert. So we took all our best malts, lactose, a squirt of vanilla, and the cherry on top is hundreds of kilos of Citra and Australia's most sought after hop, the ultra-tropical Galaxy. Hoppy, super full-bodied and tropical, you might want to drink it with a straw.
