rituals : connection to the sacred
a monthly ritual run by our co-founders for women held at temple north. a sacred space to connect. each session is complimented by reiki healing, essential oils and sound healing.
edition I of our ritual offering is an intimate exploration of the lower chakras. each month we will guide you to connect with the main energy centres (root, sacral, solar plexus and heart chakra) held in the body.
edition I : anahata
we invite you to join us as we call in the support of the element of air and the divine feminine allowing us to open and connect to anahata (the heart chakra). some of the themes that may emerge during this session are; love, giving and receiving, opening and connecting to our hearts and releasing anything that keeps us separate. we will support you using rituals so your soul feels nurtured and safe to relax into your bodies wisdom. we will celebrate our final offering for edition I with a cacao ceremony to fully activate our hearts.
please arrive at 6.45pm for a 7pm start and wear comfortable clothes.
