Running your own business means you need to be strong and confident, right?
So what do you do with those thoughts that keep floating around in your head?
The self doubt...
The self criticism...
The imposter syndrome...
The Inner Sanctum is a safe and confidential space for women running their own business to come together and support each other. In this space we can be vulnerable and share our voices, listening to each other, being heard without judgment and knowing we are not alone. It is a space for us to grow and lift ourselves up to achieving our full potential in business.
The circle will explore:
+ The expectations that we as women place on ourselves in business
+ The self doubt and fears we share
+ Our professional dreams and desires
This will be an intimate gathering and is limited to 12 women. There will be tea, coffee and water provided. There will be plenty of cushions to make yourself comfortable but if you have a cushion or bolster you prefer to sit on you are welcome to bring it to use.
CIRCLE FACILITATOR - EMMA LIGGINS
Emma Liggins is a qualified Intuitive Business Coach with a Master of Adult Education, Certificate of Intuitive Wellness Coaching and is completing her last subject for a Graduate Diploma of Psychology.
Emma ran her previous business for nine years with the last four years being predominantly online. She experienced firsthand how isolating it can be running your own business and how bottling up fear and self doubt can be really unhealthy for your mindset, and your business.
