Fall in love with cooking and nourish yourself with ingredients straight from mother earth. In a world where people are loosing their connection to food, this workshop hopes to show you how easy and rewarding it is to spend more time in the kitchen. Connecting you back to the earth and ultimately your true self. 

For many of us, creating healthy meals can be seen as time consuming and hard to fit into our busy lives.  This workshop will show you that that doesn’t have to be the case.  Together we will go through several recipes that when made in an afternoon can supply you and your family with healthy meals for the week. This way your fridge is always full with whole foods, making it much easier to eat healthily when you come home from a busy day. 

These recipes will highlight some essential whole food and nutritional fundamentals.  Equipping you with the knowledge as to how to eat less processed foods that are full of refined sugars and preservatives. 

The workshop will be followed by a feast of the beautiful organic food we created together.

  • Over 8 new recipes to add to your repertoire that can be adapted into many more.

You will leave with your soul inspired, 8 whole food recipes, a container full of organic food and a satisfied belly. 

All dishes are prepared with minimal waste, using organic ingredients and cold-pressed oils.

The meals are also vegan friendly, refined sugar and gluten free and all dietary requirements can be catered for.
