What to bring and wear:

A yoga mat (if don't have a mat a large towel will do)
water to drink
a blanket or shawl
a cushion/pillow if you have neck or back challenges
completed health questionnaire
Insect repellent and sun glasses (in the summer months)

It's quite a rustic place so please wear old and comfortable clothes. Layers and warm socks are a good idea in the cooler months.

What to expect?

A special time to relax and press the pause button on your busy life
A wonderful sheltered venue that looks out at the bush-land
Gentle yoga stretches - to energise and loosen up the body
A 15 minute guided relaxation to ease stress and tiredness . You can lie down or sit in a chair.
A guided mediation - to bring stillness and peace

Please arrive at 8:20/8.25am for a prompt start at 8:30am

Directions and Parking:

The hut is located at the end of Cobran Road ,Cheltenham. Sat Nav address: 69 Cobran Raoad Cheltenham

Please park on street or in the lay-by at the end of the street. Please do not drive down the private drive way. Here are some directions to help you find the hut as it is hidden away.

Walk down the private track/drive for houses no 67, 68 and 69. (you will see the post boxes on the left hand side of the driveway -see photo1)
You will come to basic grey brick house called Mora Mora (see photo 2) - stay on the drive way and walk past this house.
Keep going down the driveway and you will see the back of the hut.
Walk past any cars that may be parked at the end of the track and then you will find a crazy paved foot path.
Follow path for 3 metres and the front of the meditation hut is on the right.
I will be there waiting to welcome you to this special hide away place!

No refund will be given if cancellations are made wthin 48 hrs of the event, unless I am able to fill your place from the wait list.
