Dig In Bushfires Fundraiser
Event description
For our last Dig In Community Cafe meal for 2019, we will be donating all proceeds to Neighbourhood Houses in the fire affected areas which are supporting those impacted by the devastating fires. Neighbourhood Houses have a tradition of supporting relief and recovery at the local level.
By sharing food with our community and/or donating what you can, you'll be helping other communities get back on their feet. There will be a long road ahead for those directly impacted by fires and the festive season for these people will be difficult and worrying.
You can donate on the night of Dig In or donate in advance, even if you can't attend. Just choose the amount you can spare. All proceeds will go directly to the bushfire areas.
In addition to your donation going to help bushfire affected people, the booking fee added to your donation will go to providing meals to disadvantaged students around Australia.
