About the Artists

Wolf n Kitten...

Dolan and Juliette Reskov. Dolan is the street artist and Juliette is a National Art School graduate.

Dolan Reskov has a background in street art, graphic design and performance production. Dolan has been commissioned to paint, create and produce large scale set designs for commercials, magazines and cabarets.

Juliette Reskov graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) degree from the National Art School in 2013. Her works have since been featured in art prizes, exhibitions, group collaborations and festivals in Sydney as well as regionally.

Noah Regan-Roach

this emerging young artist and filmmaker is turning heads in the art world with his raw and unapologetic style. A talented and unusual artist in his own right, Regan-Roach is also an assistant to the renowned Australian artist, Anthony Lister, and has recently completed a short art-film documentary on Lister and his enigmatic energy and often chaotic lifestyle.

Iro Kitamura

Blending impressionist watercolour flourishes with precise detailing and illustrative design, Iro’s work draws inspiration from nature, Wabi-Sabi, the sky and his friend the zenning cat.

Here's a cute interview we did with Iro:

About the Food

Bravo. Eat eat eat!

It’s not just Baba’s Place, it’s your place too! It's an invitation into the mind, heart and mouths of a second generation’s experience of monolithic culture which is being lovingly challenged and reflected upon in real-time for all to see! Nothing is pure and everything should be discussed. What better way to do that than with a family you choose, Delicious food, Turkish coffee and some charcoaled stuff.

Menu to be soon released...but here are some examples to get your mouth watering...
Honey smoked almonds dripping all over charcoaled peppers? Pork shoulder kebab w/ pea, apricot and smoked avocado smash, rocket salsa and red capsicum chilli sauce?! Glazed cherry kofta on roti AND your lamb with special peach sauce into your mouth...Remember, Baba is always watching so make sure you eat it all.
