As a very special first 2020 dinner, Jack & Knife Women in Business series will be welcoming Dee Allan, The Gritty Girl, International Speaker, Writer and Serial Entrepreneur as our guest speaker.
Originally from the UK, Dee saw the rise of the construction industry in Asia and jumped on the opportunity to start her first business in 2007, 3C Synergy recruitment, based out of Singapore.
13 years later, 3C has signed up over 450 corporate clients and Dee has personally coached over 10,000 candidates with their careers.
Dee is now embarking on her biggest, most heartfelt and heartled project yet – launching CareerQueenz, a community designed to help wildly ambitious female entrepreneurs connect, collaborate and grow.
With Dee’s experience in recruiting and starting close to 10 businesses, her passion for opportunity, and her gritty nature, Dee is regularly invited to speak internationally around resilience, grit and what it takes to succeed in business, or as an entrepreneur.
She will be delighted to share some of her favourite insights and most successful failures (as she calls them!), as well as share how to super-charge finding your perfect job through proactive strategies, and hacks used by the best headhunters.
