As we come to the end of the year, what have been the lessons and gifts? 

How have you grown - as a woman? How do you feel about the ups and the downs, and is there anything you need to forgive and accept? 

Before the rush of Christmas really begins, spend an afternoon with Amy to really honour all that you have been through this year. As mamas, we never seem to get the time to pause and reflect, but when we do, we discover so much to be grateful for, and we leave feeling more inspired and whole.

Using the ancient support of kundalini yoga and simple meditation practices, the afternoon will include:

a guided reflection on your year: the highs, the lows, the lessons hidden within;

a simple kundalini yoga set of exercises to clear your head and heart and support your meditation practice (no experience or special yoga clothes necessary);

a meditation practice to help you quieten all the noise;

a printed workbook to guide you to get clear on what 2018 meant, and how to release any grief or struggle;

a custom made essential oil to support you on the afternoon and beyond;

and a beautiful group of women all committed to the same values as you.
