Event description

When we rest, we rise...

As mamas, we never really allow ourselves to stop. We have such judgement and fear about slowing down.

We must have space to pause, reflect, and refill. We must honour what we've been through, and allow ourselves to rebuild for what is ahead.

This is truly how we rise.

Join a circle of divine mamas as you are led through an empowering kundalini yoga sequence to clear your energy and prepare you to receive all that you desire.

Once you're in a beautiful state of clarity and connection, allow yourself to create your vision in a detailed workbook.

Connect with other mamas, and allow yourself to feel a part of a greater community.

And finish with a beautiful healing meditation and relaxation, supported by specifically chosen essential oils, to fill your cup before life takes over.

Using the ancient support of kundalini yoga and simple meditation practices, the afternoon will include:

a simple kundalini yoga set of exercises to clear your head and heart and support your meditation practice (no experience or special yoga clothes necessary);

a meditation practice to help you quieten all the noise;

a printed workbook to guide you to get clear on what you most need and desire for the year ahead;

a custom made essential oil to support you on the afternoon and beyond;

and a beautiful group of women all committed to the same values as you.
