Earth Alchemy Journey - Part 1: Earth

We invite you on an elemental journey into the Earth. 

This event is the first of a 3 part journey, where we will be exploring the four elements. You are welcome to join us for any or all of these events. If you choose to journey with us for all 3, we have a special package price for you (details in the booking link).

The journeys are:

- PART 1: EARTH, we will be journeying deep into the earth, connecting with our roots and ancestors (April 17)

- PART 2: WATER/AIR, we will be exploring the oneness and wonder of water and air, embodying graceful flow (May 11)

- PART 3: FIRE, we will be igniting the fire within ourselves, our life force and passion, with the support of cacao (June 15)

PART 1: EARTH

The first part of our elemental journey begins with grounding deep into the earth. Our Ancestors reside in the earth, whispering and waiting for us to re-connect. Disconnection from our earth and our tribal ancestral roots leads to instability, feelings of being lost and ungrounded, a hunger to find our place in this world. When we are grounded and rooted in we feel deeply connected to the oneness of humanity, the living planet, our home and ourselves.

The evening will include:
- guided meditation
- self care and aromatherapy
- dancing & movement
- sound healing journey with crystal bowls, medicine drums, percussion instruments, voice and other shamanic tools
- snacks and socialising

ABOUT BELINDA:

Belinda is an intuitive interior designer, sound healer and sacred ceremony facilitator. She creates clear and resonant spaces for living in alignment. Supporting people to reconnect with their body, purpose, and the earth. Creating calm in a stressful world. She has studied practices used for thousands of years, travelling to Peru, Morocco, and Japan.

Belinda currently facilitates sound healing journeys and sacred ceremonies in Sydney. 

ABOUT SIGRID:

Sigrid is a Hawaiian bodyworker, Energetic Healer and Massage Therapist. She guides people through their journey to deepen their connection to mind, body and soul. Her connection to Hawaii has led her to study and visit there many times. Holding space for connecting to earth, community, love, joy and the highest vibration of all, peace. 

Sigrid offers Hawaiian bodywork sessions and facilitates Women's Gatherings in Sydney.
