The workshop presented by Margaret River Chamber of Commerce and Industry led by Tania Van der Stap from ALIGN Risk Management will explain how the transformation from safety-based to risk-based thinking enables businesses to achieve productivity, quality work outcomes and safety performance concurrently. The approach is both strategic and hands-on recognising the realities of your business needs.
Tania Van der Stap is an international author and speaker in risk management based in Augusta-Margaret River Region. Her industry experience is extensive having worked on major projects and for numerous mid-tier organisations over a 20 year period. In 2018, Tania did a series of effective risk management workshops throughout Tasmania, reaching out to hundreds of small- and medium-sized business owners and employees.
