Providing a space for you to express yourself. Through the lense of Art Therapy, with various artforming, activities and games we will be:
Exploring our connections to people and places
Developing our strengths
Discovering our unique gifts
All abilities welcome.
This is an 18+ event.
There are 3 events - all of which may be different and inspire new ideas.
