equiTABLE is a dinner series where guests enjoy a beautiful shared plate dinner cooked with love and passion by some of Australia's greatest chefs. Half the tickets to the dinner are for sale, the other half are donated to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and are currently staying in refuges or shelters around Sydney. Nobody will know who is who - there is no agenda at equiTABLE other than to relax and enjoy a great meal in good company.
A delicious 3 course shared plate dinner with beer, wine, music and wonderful company, is included.
Mark Best started by discovering the stoves accidentally and ended up becoming an unquestionable symbol of the new Australian Cuisine. His perseverance and his ‘eternal dissatisfaction’ (as he calls it himself) are the vitamins for his spectacular personal development.
