> Chefs Wheel by CHEFIN
For the month of February, Chefs Wheel has pinned Chef Sebastian Pille to turn Esperanto into a creative hub. Chefs Wheel has a revolving roster of innovative chefs. Each chef is given a Friday at Esperanto to present their unique creations in a casual fine-dining setting.
Australia has some seriously talented chefs able to bring a menu that's mouthwateringly fresh & different. Ingredients are seasonal, locally sourced and above all delicious, we’ve built our reputation on the food and drink we serve at CHEFIN.
Taking over Australia's first fine-dining restaurant circa 1971, Esperanto, to create a space where you can reconnect with the joy of eating the best food around the world! A rotating line-up of residence chefs will present the dishes that inspire them on daily basis to be in the industry. Have the chance to taste creations from Chefs that one day may own their own Michelin star(s).
Add to that bespoke wines chosen by our sommelier and cocktails designed by our in-house mixologists and you have a rounded offering that’s all about providing an experience to remember (depending on how many negronis you get through).
