Welcome to Sydney’s new pop-up social dining function venue. Find out more about CHEFIN Hospitality Consulting

We have a new chef running the kitchen every month, and a different menu each week. Open on Fridays for menu tastings. On offer are 3-course lunches and 5-course dinner degustations with incredible cocktails to get your weekend rolling.

> THE SPACE

Find us in The Dining Room, the site of Australia’s first fine-dining restaurant. Step inside and you’ll immediately be transported back to Sydney’s grand history, complete with opulent decor. Come for the food and the extraordinary experience of the interior - there aren't many places left like it in Sydney! 

> WHY WE DO THIS?

We wanted to introduce social dining to Sydney, but we also wanted to give chefs a platform to experiment and put their cuisine out there. Reward yourself, end your week's culinary dilema at the Dining Room with a creative, daring, one-of-a-kind menus that change every week.

> MARCH CHEF: TOM KIME

He’s already got a few restaurants and cookbooks under his belt - not to mention cooking at Jamie Oliver’s wedding - so you can bet Tom Kime knows his way around the kitchen. Passionate about sustainability, world cuisine, and street food, Tom Kime is a master chef who delivers a fusion of different flavours on the plate. 

Drop by The Dining Room for the month of March & April to get a taste of a Celebrity English chef’s cooking. Tom Kime will be in the kitchen and in the dining room, serving his dishes and playing host to our social dining space. He’s not here for a long time, but he’s here for a good time!

Advanced booking means less food wastage - good for everyone, and even better for the planet. It also means you won’t have to show up to The Dining Room to find no space to sit down!
