Most workplaces require employees to be creative and collaborative as market contexts change. This workshop will introduce you to techniques drawn from designing that many employers use to foster innovation. The focus of the session is introducing you to ways of facilitating co-design workshops. You will learn mindsets and methods for helping lead peers to significant new ideas. 

  

About the trainer: 

Bridget Malcolm is strategic designer and research practitioner at UTS’ Design Innovation Research Centre. Bridget is an experienced facilitator, educator and researcher working to evolve creative practices to address increasingly complex problems. Her work draws on leading design methodologies including systemic design, frame creation, participatory design and transition design to explore problems, propose pathways forward and build alliances for change.
