Family Constellations Workshop - Mid North Coast

Event description

Family constellation work was first introduced by Bert Hellinger.  He called it the "Orders of Love".  When this natural order becomes distorted by external forces, the negative entanglements can persist for several generations.  This work looks deeply into the entanglements of our family of origin as well as our family today and any close relationships.  It helps to free ourselves so that we can walk towards our full potential.

Constellation work is a process by which family dynamics are made visible.  A participant selects people to represent his or her family members and places them into a position that reflects the participants experience of his or her family.

When this movement is done silently and with respect, the representatives report experiences similarly to those of the original family members.  The dynamics of the family relationship can be observed.  The facilitator works in a highly respectful manner to bring in awareness to any blocks that prevent love from flowing to all members of the family system.

Jackie Cormie will be facilitating this workshop.  A qualified Clinical Hypnotherpist and Bowen Therapist, she trained in family constellation work with Maria Dolenc, one of the most respected Systemic/Family Constellation Facilitators and trainers in Australia and internationally.

After attending her first Constellation workshop Jackie was hooked, wanting more, Maria gave her thid advice, "if you want to do this work, you need to marinate yourself in it, and do your own work".

For the next five years Jackie did just that.

She has been assisting and cofacilitating with Maria in her Constellation workshops and trainings in Sydney, Byron Bay and the Central Coast.  Jackie lives on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, and aims to continue to 'marinate herself in this soulful work.
