Show your Dad he really is #1 and join us at The Grounds this Father's Day!

Let us do the groundwork to make this Father's Day one to remember. Ditch the socks and tools and join us at The Grounds for an exclusive brunch in The Potting Shed. 

Set amongst an abundance of hanging greenery, our Executive Chef, Paul McGrath, has designed a two-course breakfast menu with a main meal of choice, accompanied by fresh juice and The Grounds Roastery coffee.

 



Menu

On Arrival

  • Selection of freshly cut autumn fruits with coconut yoghurt pots
  • Selection of freshly baked mini Danish pastries and croissants from The Grounds Bakery served with vanilla mascarpone cultured butter and house-made preserves 

Your choice of main (to be ordered on the day):

  • Wild mushroom bruschetta on brioche toast, served with stracciatella wilted kale, a poached free-range egg and seeds;
  • Citrus-cured ocean trout with potato, caper and asparagus tart, soft quail’s eggs and pine nut hollandaise; or,
  • Cauliflower and zucchini fritters served with crispy bacon and spiced cherry tomato compote

Drinks

  • Freshly Squeezed Juice
  • Barista Tea & Coffee

$10 Mimosas available after 10am

 


 

Kids Menu

Your choice of meal (to be ordered on the day):

  • Ham & Cheese Jaffle (toasted sandwich)(gf on request)
  • Boiled Free-Range Egg with bread soldiers(gf/df on request)
  • Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes with fresh strawberries and blueberries

Drinks

  • Freshly Squeezed Juice

 


 

Please note:

  • Tables of 2 and up only. For groups of 8 or more, please email info@thegrounds.com.au to arrange.
  • Tickets are 49.00 per adult, and 15.00 per child.
  • Please list all dietary restrictions during the check-out process. For any changes, please email us directly.
  • Tables will be strictly reserved for 90 minutes, as per your ticket type.

FAQ

Is the price per person or per table?

Pricing is listed per person; please select as many tickets as you require for your table. If you wish to make any amendments to the number of guests please let us know. For groups of 8 or more, please email us directly to arrange a table - info@thegrounds.com.au.

 

Will we need to order from our waiter on the day?

The 'on arrival' course of fruit, pastries and juice will arrive at your table after you're seated and your server will then take your individual orders on your choice of main meal (as per the three options above) and coffee or tea. Guests will be able to purchase additional coffees, as well as mimosas for 10.0 each from 10am.

 

Can dietary requirements be catered for?

Definitely. Please specify any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, GF, dairy-free, etc) during the check-out process. We will always endeavour to adapt our menus and should we have any further questions we will contact you to discuss options.

 

Are children allowed at the event?

Most definitely - please select 'Kids Brunch' when purchasing your booking.

 

Do you have wheelchair access?

We certainly do, please notify us of any requirement upon booking and we will ensure your journey with us is comfortable.
