Show your Dad he really is #1 and join us at The Grounds this Father's Day!

Because the men in our lives are worth celebrating and because there is nothing quite like gathering around a fresh roast; join us in the Atrium for a lunch experience to remember -  without the hassle of cleaning the BBQ. 

Guests will be greeted with a beer or wine on arrival, followed by canapés and a shared main course prepared by Executive Chef, Paul McGrath. 

 Roast lunch seatings will take place at:

  • 12:00pm - 2:00pm

 Roast Lunch Menu (Serves 4-6)


 On Arrival

  • Welcome beer or wine
  • A selection of canapés
  • Freshly baked assorted sourdough from The Grounds Bakery

 Main Course

  • Whole roasted rib of 6 weeks dry aged Cape Grim grass fed Beef, herbed bone marrow, winter mushrooms, bearnaise and red wine jus

Sides

  • Sautéed greens with black garlic butter
  • Roasted duck fat potatoes with sweet onions and tarragon
  • Glazed heirloom root vegetables with maple
  • Cauliflower and gruyere gratin
  • Garden leaves with lemon vinaigrette

($320 per table, feeds up to 6 adults. Please select table size on booking process)

Dessert:

  • Father’s Day Dessert Platter to share between 4 - 60.00

 Kids Menu:

  • Crumbed Fish and Chips
  • Tomato Pappardelle with Parmesan Cheese
  • Kid's Cheeseburger and Chips

$15 per children's meal, please select meal on booking process

 


 

Please note:

  • The entire meal is designed to share. Whilst the roast is designed to serve multiples of 4, group sizes in between 4, 8 and 12 are welcomed (i.e. 6). Please select the number of roasts needed for your party at checkout.
  • The main course includes one beer or wine per adult (18+ only) as well as soft drinks and juices.
  • Additional beverages will be available for sale on the day.
  • Kid's meals are available, please ensure you have the correct quantity at checkout. 
  • Please inform us if you require pram space or high chairs at checkout.
  • Please notify us of any dietary requirement or allergies prior to the event.
  • Service begins at the start of your session time or when your entire party is seated. Please allow time for parking.
  • Please note that the roast session will finish at 2pm.
