Whether you’re a first time film maker or you’re looking for new and creative ideas to produce your entry for the Westside Film Festival, there’ll be something for everyone in this series of four FREE workshops by All Sourced Up.
These hands-on, practical workshops for anyone aged 15+ will be held on Saturdays 11, 18, 25 January and 1 February, 9-11am at The Brocas and Hendon Studio. Sessions will be focused on shooting from phones, but many of the learnings can also be applied to video or DSLR cameras.
Over the four sessions, you’ll learn a wide range of film craft skills and ideas.
Sessions will cover:
• 11 Jan - Surface, story, script [The Warehouse]
• 18 Jan - Framing, storyboarding and planning [The Warehouse]
• 25 Jan - Film practical, directing, audio [Hendon Studios]
• 1 Feb - Post, editing, networking, documentation [The Warehouse]
Film School registrations close at 5pm on Tuesday 7 January.
