We know we wear many different hats – ‘work hat’, ‘partner hat’ ‘mother hat’, ‘daughter hat’, but are you aware of the different masks you wear? We need to be aware of these, otherwise we can forget who we really are!

Jane will describe common masks that people ‘wear’, ways to recognize them and what to do about that.
