Lia's Bio:
Lia is a highly energetic and experienced Sales Leader and Executive Leadership Coach. She spent 3 decades in corporate and start-up sales organisations in the life sciences and technology sectors. Lia was a top sales performer in numerous roles in pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and healthcare IT, including Telstra, Oracle, and GE. She was the top sales producer for APAC for 3 consecutive years in radiology solution sales with Carestream Health through driving new sales opportunities and leading a complex cross-functional sales team. In 2016, after completing a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, Lia has set up ZedAxis Leadership Consultancy to teach and coach high performing purpose-driven entrepreneurs, leaders and their teams how to accelerate their career progression and promote their high value innovations more effectively.
Lia draws heavily on her experience and success as a marathon runner and wellness coach, to identify and challenge patterns of resistance to forward momentum and the mental toughness required for success in the workplace today. This takes courage and new ways of thinking and doing. Lia’s workshops and coaching programs provide passionate leaders with a whole new dimension in how to speak with influence so you can communicate your unique value, ideas and products with clarity, confidence and impact.
