After a day of rural, oceanic and urban foraging, Luke Whearty and special guest, Matt Whiley from Scout London - currently ranked 28 in The World’s 50 Best Bars list, will be putting together an exclusive foraged menu showcasing locally sourced ingredients in their cocktails.
A sample of the ingredients being foraged:
- Coastal: Samphire, Pigface, Saltbush
- Inland: Green Walnut, Lemon Aspen, Bush Apple
- Urban: Fig Leaf, Peach Leaf, Fennel Blossom and Blackberries
