In this 45-minutes focus session we will explore the very important topic of improving employee engagement. 

Given Gallup's surveys revealing that a mere 23% of the ANZ workforce is usually engaged, whereas best-practice organisations boast engagement levels as high as 80%, it becomes increasingly crucial to understand the strategies employed by leaders in this arena. If your organisation boasts remarkable engagement rates, we encourage you to illuminate the methods that have contributed to this success, thereby fostering knowledge exchange among Australian businesses.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 8 hours prior to event date. 
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis. 
There are no allocated seats with membership.
