The full moon is said to heighten the activity of the mind, amplifying conscious thoughts as well as pulling sub-conscious ones to the surface/consious mind and can awakens one's spirituality.

FIVE POWERFUL MODALITIES TO BATH IN UNDER THE FULL MOON
1. We will be setting intentions Manifesting the new and releasing the old into the fire pit under the universal sky.
2. Moving into a Moon Bath (will you will need two basic objects to bring along something one that represents you and one that represents your intention). You might choose a strand of hair from your hairbrush, a photo of yourself, a piece of your jewelry or anything that represents you in some way for your first item.For your second item, choose an object that symbolizes your goal, desire or intention. For instance, you might choose a certain gemstone (e.g. rose quartz for self-love, hematite for grounding, lapis lazuli for authenticity), a picture you have found in a magazine. If you can’t find a symbolic object in your house, write down your intention on a piece of paper.
3. I will then guide you into a relaxing guided mediation enhanced with some reiki and drum healing.
4. Get ready to then feel completed weightless as we move into some meditation dance and really get the energy prana flowing through your bodies.
5. Herbal Tea accompanied by our famous vegetarian dips and gluten free brownies will be provided and some good old fashioned fun celebrating the Full Moon and your next phase.
If you own a drum please feel free to bring along for a drumming session to close.
