Gingerbread House Workshop
Event description
This Christmas bring your friends and family up to the hills to learn how to construct and decorate your very own gingerbread house.
In this class you will learn how to:
- Construct your house securely so it stays standing;
- How to use royal icing and fondant to decorate your house;
- Embellish your constructed house with sweets and edible decorations and how to pipe trimmings and details.
You and up to three friends or family members will work on the gingerbread house together. At the end, you'll get to take your teams creation home to wow your visitors and have something delicious to munch on all through Christmas!
The class runs for approximately 3 hours and includes:
- 1 gingerbread house per ticket (bring up to 3 friends / family members to complete your team);
- extra individual gingerbread cookies to decorate and add to your house;
- all the tools and materials you need to create your masterpiece;
- a gift box and ribbon to display your finished house;
- plus plenty of sweet treats to keep you going as you work through your design.
To secure your spots, simply purchase one ticket for $95 and we will make provisions for you and up to three friends to attend.
Note that 1 ticket = 1 gingerbread house + entry for yourself and 3 guests.
