A blank canvas. Both literal and metaphorical. A world of possibility for us to come together and paint it queer for one exquisite evening. Step right into our living artwork.
GIVE ME LIFE is ready to fuse underground drag performance with fine art again - and this time we're taking it Northside. Half art-exhibition and half party, come along and indulge your senses and step into our world of art.
Set in a rainbow-coloured warehouse in Collingwood, drag shows from a diverse cast of Melbourne and Sydney's favourite performers will be on throughout the evening. When you desire a break from shows and dancing, explore our thoughtfully curated art exhibition where selected works by local artists can be viewed and even purchased. Chill out in a magical side room with an installation by Sydney's Oliver Levi-Malouf. Or strike a pose for ten minutes so that Melbourne artist Kyle KM can paint you into his Blank Canvas - a live artwork of the entire party painted over the course of the night.
Join us from 7:30pm to view the artwork, meet the artists, enjoy a glass of bubbles and get your photo snapped, before we ramp up into party mode until 1am.
