As Christmas & school holidays are approaching, the pressure is building as we are frantically trying to achieve it all. Do you feel stressed, irritable or overwhelmed? Are you longing for a respite to the coming holiday madness, a few hours for yourself?

Then please join us as we gather in circle to connect, share & nurture each other. Followed by learning the practice of Yoga Nidra..

WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is commonly known as yogic sleep. It is a practice of meditation & conscious relaxation, that is intended to encourage total physical, mental & emotional relaxation.

The practice Yoga Nidra is fully guided, and brings your attention to specific areas of your body through specific instructions.

Yoga Nidra is usually practiced lying down, so remember to bring a mat, cushion, light blanket as well as whatever you need to make yourself totally comfortable...

WHAT TO BRING

~ Yoga Mat or whatever you need to make yourself comfortable as Yoga Nidra is about relaxing your body.

We are on a wooden floor (Chairs are available)

~ Light Blanket

~ Cushions

~ Water Bottle

~ Sml Offering of Food to share at our Tea Break (Teas & Coffee will be available)

~ Feast (Each attendee brings a plate)
