Meagan Waithe is actively working towards facilitator accreditation for The GROOVE method. This class is for Kids, aged between 6 and 14 years of age. it will be recorded - parents will to remain present for duration of class and are encouraged to partcipate.

These classes are all about having fun, moving our bodies creatively and remembering that life isn't too serious. Meagan is passionate about bring healing in many forms and this class is designed to bring back movement to the body. This is a basic dance class, with only 2 steps to each dance.

No dance experience required, you simply cannot get the moves wrong as participates are encouraged to creating and uniquely find take these moves and make them their own.

****PLEASE BE AWARE**** This particular event may be filmed as part of accreditation. The video will be sent securely to one assessor, before being deleted. By booking into this event you are acknowledging this fact.)

This class will be strictly limited to 15 women so please reserve seats by purchasing tickets early to avoid disappointment. Please look for the coloured lights near the entrance.

This event is being co-hosted with Ipswich Red Tent on behalf of Red Tent Australia. We welcome anyone who identifies as female and is over the age of 18. We want you to be comfortable and cosy. Please wear comfy clothing and remember to bring a yoga matt, cushion, blanket/shawl and a plate to share.
